Great Beginnings  We started the Holiday Season with a Sephardic Slichot and Melave Malka event, generously sponsored by the Abramov Family, L’iluy Nishmat their Father, Nathan Tolik Ben Yedidya, and their grandmother, Olga bat Isi at our new location. In July we celebrated a Siyum, mourned for the destruction of the Beit Hamikdash, cooked together, and listened to great classes. This month Bertha and Dayana gave a cooking class on how to make traditional Gorsky Tandir bread and Dolma. What are Tandir bread and Dolma?
