Besides for my large kavkazi family, I did not really have a community I could call my own. I went to Syrians schools, morrocan Shuls, and no on understood what I was, or where I was from.
As I got older my culture, history and heritage became more important to me, and I wished that we could have an established community.
Because of Beit Juhuro, I have made friends for LIFE! I am lucky to have close relationships with the organizers and leaders of the organization.
